Yes , In case you got yourself a self ban then you can PM a GM / admin to get your ID back . But in case you got a 100 % warning level and got banned due to breaching of IF rules then i dont think you can get your account back with request. (I am not sure about this though) .

Thnkx for d advice ... actually my account got banned and i didn't get a warning ... so i am very confused is it banned or something else 😉
