'Join Dev Team' option missing

I have noticed, that there is no 'Join the Dev Team' option in the forums which currently do not have a Development Team.Forums such as Avatars and Signatures forum, Ek Duje ke Vaaste do not have the option. How does one apply for the post? 😆

It is a technical glitch .I have forwarded it to tech DT, they will look into it soon .
