If your signature's from somewhere online, you can right click and choose "Copy image location".

If it's stored on your computer, go to www.tinypic.com and upload it, then copy the "direct link" there...

Now in your signature box, put in the code
[IMG]http://whatever code you copied or got[/IMG]
