Username change *pls help*

I would like to change my username,but it says

"Following Errors Occurred:

You have already changed your username.You can not change your username again within one year."

But I badly want to change my username , because I will have to wait another 9 months and by that time the username I want might be taken up . Can I get it changed quickly ?

Somebody please help

As per IF rules you can only change it once in a year. So you will have to wait until your next allowed period, I believe.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

But one year is quite a long time ,compared to other sites
