Why would nanaji leave the house in mama's name not sameer?

Nanu left everything for sameer as told many times before. Why there is a change now? or is it conspiracy from mamaji?

We don't know how exactly this is going to play out. So let's wait for the episodes to air to see what exactly happens.

For sure they have manipulated the things out of greed... I wish Vishakha would have once supported Sameer and stayed back to know the whole truth, so this wouldn't have happened. i am just worried that MamaJi doesn't take all his money also which nanu has left for him by manipulating the will or with some hera feri...then Samaina would have to face a lot of troubles...

This is ridiculous. As far as I know about hindu law...if a man doesn't have a son , his grandson gets all the property. That means Nanajee made a will and gave that house to Mamajee. But in one episode Vishaka and in another episode Mamajee mentioned that he is grateful to Vishaka/Nanajee that they let him live here...everything belongs to Sameer. Although I can't remember the exact sentence.
So now they...including that useless mom Visha will also snatch property from an orphan...she is such a shame to call a mother . Sameer should do ...what they say "tajjya mom"...and change his mom's name. This kind of selfish woman doesn't deserve to be called as mother. Totally faltu lady.

Maybe because sameer was a minor hr appointed a guardian or regent in the form of mamaji. Mamaji is his brother's son if I understood currectly since he addresses him as Kakusa. Mamajit thoughtNainaisa gold digger anddshewill leavelfSameer is homeless .

Nanu might have left the property to Sameer but Mama could have taken Tauji's help to forge documents or somehow find a loophole to transfer the documents to his name. Tauji being a lawyer could have easily helped him. Both of them do not want Samaina to get married for their own reasons.
