Yes he will because otherwise they would not show Miilee doing all this for him.If he has to die he would have at the station or in the first hospital there and then.I think this story was just made up to show that even Miilee loves him a lot and she confessed this in this situation and i think that there will be Vishals end in the coming episodes.The truth will be proven or he will be killed.
