Suchi behaving in an arrogant manner to Shyamala and TA remaining silent. It is true Suchi brought profit to the company but the way she behaved nobody could get along with her. Even as Suchi was degrading Shyamala, Shyamala could have told back, 'I am prepared to talk to you only if you behave in a way minding your language. You have no right to degrade me.' No office colleague will find it comfortable to work with Suchi based on the way she talked to Shyamala. Even at home talking back works like as we see Kalyani talking back to Padma. Still the worst was TA silently looking at whatever was happening during most of the time and then blaming Shyamala when he talked. No doubt he is seen degraded. Prabhakar is already dumb because he is completely into Suchi.

Now who will do the needful for Deepa? Kalyani and Shyamala can do something together.

1. He can encourage Thulasi to talk back to his mom taking Sudha or Kalyani as examples. the encouragement becomes necessary because when GW speaks back to her with all venom, Thulasi may like to have his support.

2. When Thulasi was seeking help in doing something for Deepa who is not happy, he can try to address the concerns of Deepa with more understanding and gentleness and not with the indifference he showed when he told Thulasi not to talk about Suchi.

3. He was seeing Suchi speaking arrogantly to Shyamala and he knows Shyamala would have been hurt. Whatever be the profits he was getting because of Suchi, the way she was speaking was enough for anyone to spot out that something fishy was there for Suchi and the long term benefit in any office is possible only when there is friendly atmosphere and this atmosphere was spoilt by what Suchi was doing. Therefore he must have supported Shyamala then and also admonished Suchi for behaving arrogantly.
